1. General Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product.

Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided in the return instructions. Please include a copy of your return authorization email in the package.
Note: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. The refund will include the cost of the item, minus the original shipping fees, unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Situational Return & Refund Guidelines

Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photos as evidence and will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders that have not yet shipped will be canceled and fully refunded. If the order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return once the item is received.

Changed Your Mind: If you simply change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused and in original condition. In this case, return shipping will be at your expense.
5. Exchanges
